Girls’ Generation’s trainer reveals the exercise method behind Tiffany’s legs

The exercising method that helped to make Girls’ Generation Tiffany‘s luxurious legs has been revealed.

On the 13th, Girls’ Generation’s trainer, Kim Ji Hoon, made an appearance as a guest on SBS‘s‘Good Morning’ and began training Lee Hye Jung.

Kim Ji Hoon started the training by saying, “I’m going to introduce the 5:3:2 exercising method that made Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany shapely legs.”

He continued, “5:3:2 is the ratio that will most beautifully show off your legs. Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany maintains her legs using this method. [The method] can affect many muscles in the lower body. It is an exercise that can stimulate each small region, one by one. I made it [in an attempt to] create an exercise method that is fun to perform.”

Kim Ji Hoon proceeded to then demonstrate the 5:3:2 exercise method, which involves running in place while moving your legs side to side five times, and then repeating, but moving your legs from front to back the second time around five times.

Mystery woman for Caribbean Bay with 2PM is miss A’s Suzy?

Last week, popular water park Caribbean Bay posted a new teaser photo for their endorsement with2PM. They posted a photo with a cutout of a woman and wanted fans to guess who the next lucky female star would be to work with 2PM.

The official answer will be revealed on June 8th, but on June 4th, miss A‘s Suzy was seen on official promotional pictures with 2PM through Everland Caribbean Bay’s official website.

MBLAQ’s Lee Joon wants to live in the same house as A Pink’s Eunji?

Idol group MBLAQ member Lee Joon displayed his affection for A Pink‘s Eunji.

On the June 3rd broadcast of MBC variety program ‘Our Sunday Night – Men’s Heart Women’s Heart‘, Lee Joon made an appearance along with A Pink’s Eunji.

TEEN TOP‘s Chunji quizzed Lee Joon on the episode, asking, “How many members are there in A Pink?”

Eunji shot Lee Joon a fierce look after he answered incorrectly, but he made it up to her by saying “I loved A Pink ever since a long time ago,” singing and dancing to A Pink’s song.

But his efforts were not enough for Chunji who persistently asked him to dance to A Pink’s newest song.

“I don’t know the most recent songs,” Lee Joon explained. But in an attempt to make Eunji feel better, he randomly announced, “I want to live in the same house as Eunji,” causing the others on set to become dumbfounded.

After his surprising announcement, the MCs remarked that the two of them look good together, and Lee Joon tried to clarify his thoughts by stating, “I’m just saying I want her as my little sister.”

Jason Mraz selects Park Jung Ah as his ideal type

Popular American singer-songwriter Jason Mraz selected Park Jung Ah over many other Korean stars as his ideal type.

On the June 12th broadcast of MBC Music‘s ‘Wonderful Day‘, Mc’s Horan and Park Jung Ah sat down for an exclusive interview with Jason Mraz, who like Lady Gaga, is kicking off his World Tour in Korea. On the show, they discussed various topics such as his music, life, and more.

During the interview, the singer also participated in a ‘Korean female celebrity Ideal Type World Cup’ tournament which had him choose between a number of top stars in Korea such as actress Han Ga In,IU, Girls’ Generation‘s YoonA, and actress Jeon Ji Hyun.

But rather than selecting anyone from the list mentioned above, Jason Mraz ended up selecting interviewer Park Jung Ah as his ideal type.

He explained, “Just like my current girlfriend, I like girls that have bangs.” To this, Park Jung Ah hilariously commented, “He probably selected me just because of my bangs.”

In addition to this interview, Jason Mraz put on a perfect live performance of one of his past hits, “Lucky“, with MC Horan.

Is Nana the new leader of After School?

With the recent double-header news of Kahi leaving the group, as well as After School‘s impending comeback, attention has shifted to talks about who will be next-in-line to fill Kahi’s shoes as the new leader of the group.

Eagle-eyed netizens have spotted what may be a veiled hint in one of their teaser photos for their upcoming “Flashback” comeback album. In the group shot featuring all eight of the members, Nanaalone was revealed to be wearing gold-plated shoes instead of the usual black the rest of the girls are sporting.

With their “Bang!” comeback two years ago, then-leader Kahi exhibited a similar style with her trademark gold drum, which differentiated her from the rest of the group and helped mark her position as the leader of After School.

Pledis Entertainment maintained a neutral stance on the issue, neither denying nor confirming, saying, “You’ll be able to find out when you watch their comeback stage on the 21st”.

J.Y. Park responds to Sunye’s request to remove the ‘JYP Whisper’ in songs

Singer, producer, and actor J.Y. Park responded to Wonder Girls‘ member Sunye‘s recent request.

On a recent episode of KBS 2TV‘s ‘Gag Concert‘, Sunye said a few words to J.Y. Park, asking him to please stop adding the ‘JYP whisper’ in their songs.

J.Y. Park who attended a showcase for his new upcoming movie ‘5 Million Dollar Man‘ on June 13th responded to her request saying in a light-hearted manner, “They should get songs from other composers, then.”

“Good thing I didn’t include it in the new song this time,” he added, causing everyone to explode into laughs.

His new movie ’5 Million Dollar Man’ hits the big screens on July 19th.

Girls’ Generation accuse Sooyoung of acting different on ‘One Night of TV Entertainment’

Girls’ Generation‘s Sooyoung recently reported what her fellow group members thought of her first performance as an MC on SBS‘ ‘One Night of TV Entertainment’.

Sooyoung and rocker Yoon Do Hyun began their MC duties on ‘One Night TV Entertainment’ last week on June 6th, replacing former MCs Suh Kyung Suk and Yoo In Na.

During their second week, Sooyoung turned to her co-host and asked, “What are your thoughts after having broadcasted the first episode?”

Yoon Do Hyun gave her a laughter-evoking response saying, “I thought I needed to cut my bangs.”

As for Sooyoung, she stated, “After watching the first broadcast, the other Girls’ Generation members said I appeared different from my every day self, and they accused me of pretending to be really reserved.”

The singer then explained the reasons behind remaining rather composed on the program. “I should try and get myself together, as it’s a live broadcast,” she said, drawing more laughs.

In response to Sooyoung’s honest statement, Yoon Do Hyun joked, “They made quite an accurate observation.”

Super Junior’s concept for ‘Sexy, Free & Single’ is “Beautiful Males”

Super Junior has been releasing teaser photos of the members for their 6th studio album, ‘Sexy, Free & Single‘ since June 21st without much information on the album’s concept.

On June 24th, it was revealed that Super Junior members are following the theme of “Beautiful Males” in the photos, as they make their drastic image transformation.  Teaser photos of five members have been released so far including: Donghae, Leeteuk, Ryeowook, Shindong, and Yesung.

Ryeowook is seen sporting a very earthy concept in a green cardigan and a headpiece made out of branches, while Shindong has most of his face covered in white and blue chalk. Leeteuk also seems to be following the nature theme as he has a branch-like accessory lining the side of his head. On the other hand, Ryeowook donned only purple accessories. Finally, Donghae displayed a very beautiful and feminine look by wearing a black lace top with a white headpiece.

Kang Minhyuk reveals why CNBLUE is a band and not a dance group

CNBLUE‘s Kang Minhyuk shared a surprising secret about his bandmates.

Drummer Minhyuk who is also receiving attention for his role in ‘You Who Rolled In Unexpectedly‘ recently guest-featured on KBS ‘Happy Together‘ and remarked, “There is a reason why CNBLUE is a rock band, instead of being a dance group.”

“It’s because we all can’t dance,” he admitted. “So I’ve actually never been to a club in my entire life, but I went recently to shoot a scene for the drama.”

“When the members and I get together, we just enjoy a few beverages, but we never go to clubs,” he continued.

The other guests then asked why he wasn’t dating, and Minhyuk answered, “I want to, but I can’t.”

The drummer also revealed that during his school days, he never had the experience of receiving any gifts or chocolates from girls on Valentine’s Day.

T-ara’s Dani is already receiving love calls

Although T-ara‘s new member was revealed just recently, Dani has already been receiving love calls for advertisements before her official debut.

On May 31st, T-ara’s agency revealed, “T-ara’s new member Dani has been receiving love calls from cosmetics companies that amount to an enormous sum of about 200 million won (around $170,000 USD).”

Dani was revealed to the public on the 30th and has been attracting much attention with her visuals as she stands at a height of 167 cm. Dani relayed through her agency that, “I was dazed and amazed as my name rose up in the online real-time search rankings, and I am even happier that I received love calls from cosmetic advertisers.”

She also revealed more about T-ara’s recent activity as she stated, “Recently, the T-ara unnies are working hard in learning the choreography. I politely declined the love call.”

Despite being only 14 years old, Dani’s appearance and skills combined resembles that of someone much older. She will officially join T-ara’s activities in December.

Rookie actress Jung Ah Yool passes away

It has been revealed that rookie actress Jung Ah Yool (25) has passed away.

On June 14th, according to Jung Ah Yool’s acquaintances, the actress hung herself in her home on the 12th and was rushed to the hospital after she was discovered; however, it was too late. The police are looking into the case investigating other possible causes and exact reason for her death.

Acquaintances have stated that the actress had been suffering from depression. On the early morning of June 11th, the day before her death, Jung Ah Yool had posted on her Facebook, “Nothing consoles me“.

Not too much is known about the actress other than that her contract with Myname Entertainmenthad ended 6 to 7 months ago and that she had been a singer trainee previously before becoming an actress. The 25-year-old actress appeared in KBS‘s ‘Love, Love“.

May Jung Ah Yool rest in peace.

IU keeps her promise from a year ago with a taxi driver

On June 3rd, the man who is now known as, ‘IU‘s taxi driver’ tweeted, “I went to IU’s concert yesterday. It was my first time going to a concert. I wanted to say thank you to IU but I was unable to see her as I received the ticket directly from a representative. I will be rooting for an even more fun and successful concert in the future. Thank you, IU“.

IU first came in contact with the taxi driver last year when he let the singer into his taxi while he was driving. At the time, without realizing that the passenger he carried was IU, he had requested her to sing the song, “Nagging“, a duet sung by IU and 2AM‘s Seul Ong. IU then promised to invite him and his family members to her first concert.

A year has passed since then, and IU has kept her promise to the taxi driver by inviting the him and his family to her first individual concert.

YG Entertainment responds to Ji Hyun Woo’s love confession to Yoo In Na

Rising actor Ji Hyun Woo recently made the headlines when he bravely confessed his love for fellow actress Yoo In Na at a fanmeeting for their drama, ‘Queen Inhyun’s Man‘. After keeping silent on the issue, Yoo In Na’s management agency, YG Entertainment, released a brief statement to the press.

“It looks like Ji Hyun Woo made a rather rash statement,” YG carefully announced. “After discussion, it was decided that it would be best to not release an official statement on our position.”

Netizens commented, “Ji Hyun Woo was indeed rash,” “From Yoon In Na’s stand point, it probably caught her off-guard,” and “They’re both celebrities so it wasn’t a good way to go about it.”
